**YOUR ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
You play a **pivotal role in the full employee lifecycle** of all our engineers. The Talent Manager will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the leadership team, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and people development. This role is critical in ensuring a high-performing, engaged, and diverse workforce that meets the evolving needs of the organization and its clients.
You will work closely together with the **Chief People Officer** of the Group and the **Talent Squad**, a team consisting of all Talent Managers of all our branches. Together with them you will determine frameworks, tools and processes that will be used across all branches. Leaving enough room, of course, to add you own flavor and angle. Let’s call this the Catalay talent special sauce.
- **Talent vision & strategy**. Develop a future talent vision for Catalay, building on the foundations and processes that are already in place. Align all talent initiatives with that vision and make sure all actions are coherent and impactful.
- **Onboarding**. Further develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires and ensures a smooth integration in line with our talent vision and strategy.
- **Performance Management**. Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management best practices and addressing performance concerns.
- **Learning and Development**. Collaborate with all stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning and development programs. Co-facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- **Employee Engagement**. Implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee morale and motivation.
- **Internal Communication**. Foster effective internal communication channels to ensure employees are informed, engaged and aligned with the company’s mission, values and goals.
- **Policies and Compliance**. Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines, providing guidance and coaching to employees and managers.

**What we expect?**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related fields.
- Proven experience in a Talent Manager or HR Business Partner role with impact, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Demonstrated track record in performance management, people development and employee engagement projects and/or processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Trilingual: French, Dutch and English of a solid base level and willing to work hard to improve it.
