The Treasury back office analyst, reporting to the head of treasury, will have responsibility for all the aspects of the day to day back office & middle office treasury activities. The treasury analyst will be required to develop and maintain best in class treasury processes, procedures and control environment. You will also be involved in working capital activities on a corporate level.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Developing and maintaining Treasury policies, processes, procedures, systems, and a control environment in line with best practice;
- Ensuring that all treasury activities are carried out in accordance with approved policies and guidelines;
- Responsible for all Treasury Back office daily activities including the processing of all transactions related to intercompany flows (netting), foreign exchange confirmation and settlement, money market, fixed income, and treasury related bank transfers;
- Managing the opening, closing and maintenance of group bank accounts, the setup and maintenance of group operating and dealing bank mandates, and the bank guarantee records;
- Maintaining the group online business banking platforms and treasury management systems ensuring the correct recording of all transactions and overseeing technical upgrades as required;
- Managing loan covenant monitoring and compliance reporting;
- Optimizing the treasury workflows and leading automatization projects where possible;
- Support the Treasury team in the monthly reporting on Treasury activities to the CFO, CEO and Board.
- Ensuring accurate accounting & reporting of Treasury transactions including month end close, reconciliations, IFRS mark to markets, hedge accounting, statutory accounts and notes to the yearend financial statements;
- Managing the Treasury internal and external audit processes and engagement with auditor;
- Monitoring the working capital processes by following up on incoming payments and conducting ad hoc analyses on the AR accounts;
- Together with the international entities, set-up of credit collection strategies and follow up on local working capital.

**Nice to meet you**
- You have a Masters’ degree in finance, accounting, or economics or similar by experience;
- A first experience in accounting, bank administration and/or treasury;
- You are analytical, rigorous and detail focused;
- You enjoy a job that balances operational, recurring tasks with challenging, long-term projects;
- You are a team player with a natural ability to business partner with different other functions throughout an international group;
- You have strong communication skills where balance is found between a commercial mindset and obtaining the financial objectives;
- If you have experience with a treasury management system, that is considered a plus;
