**ARE YOU THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?**:
For the opening of our new concept in Liège, we are looking for a great new team member with talent, a sense of humour and a lively personality to join our team as a Hospitality Hero. You are responsible for every aspect of the hotel operation together with the Hotel Manager and the Operations Manager.

But YUST is more than just a hotel, our team is one big family, so you’ll also assist the Food & events team when they’re in need. Your middle name is hospitality, and you love to spread good vibes.

**SO, WHERE DO YOU COME IN?**:
The first thing our guests see is your happy face and your silly dance. Besides just smiling, there are a few other things you’ll be responsible for:

- You administer front office tasks like check-ins, check-outs and administration stuff
- You handle complaints and technical issues and other stuff as they occur
- You provide our guests with information in a fun and friendly way - tell them about the nice places to explore in the city, the newest bars and your favourite spots
- You make sure every hotel, long stay and restaurant guest feels at ease
- You assist the restaurant staff when needed - preparing and serving food & drinks

**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**:

- Affinity with our co-housing concept
- You’re social, motivated and flexible
- You’re pro-active and you take initiative
- You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro
- You work well under pressure and have a hands-on mentality
- You have a background in hospitality
- You’re fluent in French (reading, writing and speaking) good knowledge of English and/or Dutch
