Flutter Developper

Overview:
**Introduction**:
Join our dynamic automotive team of software engineers dedicated to in-house software development. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the advancement of UI front end development tools (Flutter), Model Based Design (Matlab-Simulink), and the Arene platform. Our collaborative efforts extend to pilot projects aimed at validating the developed toolchain and preparing it for mass production usage.

In this role, you will be tasked with building user interfaces (UIs) for in-vehicle infotainment systems (IVI) and instrument clusters (IC). Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of automotive software development.

**The job as an Expleo Flutter Developper**

**Responsibilities**
- Build and code functional prototypes of UX systems (in Flutter) from concepts originated in Figma & ProtoPie.
- Design, develop, and automate software development processes/tools to enhance our Flutter-based automotive development experience.
- Collaborate with real vehicle hardware (Qualcomm) and software (AGL) to bring the prototypes to life & reduce the time from code to car.

**Requirements**:
**What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo method engineering Team?**
- Master's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of Software Engineering experience.
- Proficient with Flutter UI framework.
- Experience in embedded hardware development (Qualcomm & AGL preferred).
- Strong coding skills in RUST/C++/Python/etc.
- Familiarity with coding standards for high-quality code.
- Proficiency in common development practices: Git, Github, CI/CD, Docker.
- Experience with Linux OS (Ubuntu) and bash/shell commands.
- Additional skills considered as assets:

- Familiarity with Figma & ProtoPie.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar software; scripting experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Matlab-Simulink for software logic development.
- Experience using GDB debugger for code debugging.
- Understanding of yaml and json files.
- Excellent communication & reporting skills in English (Japanese is a plus).
- Demonstrates initiative and independence in project execution and interaction with colleagues and external parties, including creating and maintaining project schedules.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies, even in unfamiliar domains.
