Currently we are looking for a** Food and Beverage Manager** for nhow Brussels Bloom
You are responsible for the Food & Beverage department, and you are part of the Management Team of the hotel.
- As Food and Beverage Manager you evaluate and encourage your team to get the most out of themselves and to keep developing themselves.
- You identify and communicate bottlenecks and help to solve them.
- You also monitor the implementation of internal procedures and legislation, for example in the field of budget & planning and HACCP.
- Finally, you maintain a close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the first point of contact for compliments and complaints.
**Who are you?**
- Helping guests puts a big smile on your face. The ‘always a pleasure’ mentality is second nature for you, and you are happy go the extra mile for our guests;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in leading a team in a restaurant or hotel and you cannot wait to manage the Food & Beverage department
- In addition, you know how to get the best out of your team by coaching, inspiring and supporting them;
- You like to share your knowledge in the field of gastronomy and service and you have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
