**Function**
Is responsible for the project management from granting till closing of all active funding projects. He ensures successful completion of all agreed deliverables and efforts within the agreed schedule and budget. In case of “major” deviations, manages prompt resolutions (triggered by the funding alignment meeting).
He acts as the responsible for the proper execution of all funded projects, the Tax exemption program and ability for every stakeholder to report correct timesheets
**Key Responsibilities**
- Project schedule & budget achievement from budget granted till project closing
- Achievement of project quality, cost & timing (reporting of timesheets, execution of tasks, realisation of deliverables, scheduling of meetings)
- Interfacing with other internal and external in an efficient and effective way
- Follow up & communicate project status and KPI’s to all relevant stakeholders
- When required, initiate corrective actions and ensure proper escalation (report problems on time when certain goals cannot be reached)
- Manage project scope and project risks
- Write internal and external project reports
- Manages the administrative tasks for all projects and the reporting tasks to externals for specific projects.
- Make sure that every relevant stakeholder can create timesheets, monitor all timesheets
- Make sure that the Tax exemption program(s) run smoothly
- Support, execute and maintain an auditable funding process
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical domain, including Project Management or equal by experience
- 2 years of experience in Project Management
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Communication skills
- Initiative
