**Wat wij van jou verwachten**:
**Jouw taken**:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse facturatie.
Je verwerkt, boekt en kijkt internationale aankoopfacturen na in het ERP systeem.
Bij het boeken van de aankoopfacturen zal je nauwkeurig nakijken of de BTW regels correct werden toegepast.
Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van voorgeschoten kosten en creditnota’s.
Je staat leveranciers te woord en verzorgt de telefonische en mail communicatie.
Je volgt de reminders/rappels van leveranciers op alsook de nog niet verwerkte/geboekte leverancier facturen.
Je volgt klachten van leveranciers op.
Om alles vlot te laten verlopen heb je regelmatig contact met de verschillende diensten.
Je volgt de eigen activiteiten op in tijd en kwaliteit; je evalueert en stuurt ze bij om vooropgestelde doelen te bereiken.

Ervaring als boekhoudkundig bediende Bachelor opleiding

**Vaardigheden**:
Je hebt reeds brede ervaring met het inboeken van facturen.
Kennis van boekhouding is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en beschikt over een uitgesproken zin voor organisatie.
Als teamspeler help je mee bij het creëren van een positieve mindset.
Je kan ook perfect autonoom werken.
Naast proactief meedenken en verbeterpunten aangeven zijn communicatie en klantvriendelijkheid enkele van jouw kwaliteiten.
Je staat open voor een veranderende omgeving.
Je kan vlot overweg met het MS-Office pakket (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een praktische kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
