TUC RAIL is op zoek naar een business
- en functioneel analist met een solide ervaring op IT-projecten en een goede kennis van financiële processen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het maken van de analyses die nodig zijn voor de ontwikkeling van applicaties of voor het oplossen van complexe incidenten.
Je werkt zowel samen met het interne ontwikkelteam als ook met externe partners.
Als analist fungeer je als schakel tussen onze developers en eindgebruikers,
Je analyseert de businessbehoefte, vertaalt deze naar functionele specificaties en 'user stories' en voert na de ontwikkelingen de nodige testen uit:
- De business requirements verzamelen en vertalen naar functionele en niet-functionele requirements
- Je analyseert en begrijpt de processen van de verschillende afdelingen van het bedrijf.
- Je draagt bij aan het bouwen/reviewen van onze conceptuele en logische datamodellen onder supervisie van de Informatie Architect
- Je ontwikkelt samen met onze architecten en met onze klanten de te implementeren oplossingen
- Je werkt nauw samen met de product owner, en kan eventueel optreden als proxy product owner
- Je stemt af met de technische teams zodat alles volgens specificaties wordt ontwikkeld
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren van de testscenario's en het opvolgen van de testactiviteiten om een hoge kwaliteit te garanderen
- Je test de nieuwe systemen op basis van de scenario's, verifieert deliverables en deployments, ondersteunt eindgebruikers en geeft trainingen.
- Je zorgt voor het bijhouden van de referentiedocumentatie. Je fungeert als functioneel referent voor onze toepassingen en doet suggesties voor verbeteringTUC RAIL recherche un analyste business et fonctionnel avec une expérience solide sur des projets IT et une bonne connaissance métier des processus financiers.
Vous travaillerez aussi bien avec l’équipe de développement interne qu’avec des partenaires externes.
En tant qu'analyste, vous agirez en tant que lien entre nos développeurs et les utilisateurs finaux.
Vous analyserez les besoins de l'entreprise, vous les traduirez en spécifications fonctionnelles et en « user stories » et vous effectuerez les tests nécessaires après les développements:
- Rassembler les exigences métier et les traduire en exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles ;
- Analyser et comprendre les processus des différents départements de l'entreprise ;
- Contribuer à construire/revoir nos modèles conceptuels et logiques sous la supervision de l'architecte de l'information ;
- Elaborer avec nos architectes et avec nos clients les solutions à mettre en place ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec le propriétaire du produit et éventuellement agir en tant que propriétaire du produit proxy ;
- S'aligner avec les équipes techniques pour que tout soit développé suivant les spécifications ;
- Responsable de la définition des scénarios de test et du suivi des activités de test pour assurer une haute qualité ;
- Tester les nouveaux systèmes en fonction des scénarios, vérifier les livrables et les déploiements, assister les utilisateurs finaux et dispenser des formations ;
**Profil**:
Je bent een gepassioneerd persoon met een sterk analytische geest.
Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in de analyse (niveau bachelor of hoger )
Je hebt een goede kennis van de standaardprocessen van een financiële afdeling
Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in één van onze beide landstalen en in het Engels
Je hebt minimum 1 aantoonbare ervaring in een project rond ERP implementatie in finance (D365 of vergelijkbaar)
Verder heb je:
- Data Modeling Skills
- UML and/or BPMN skills
- User Stories creation skills
- Praktische ervaring met agile werkmethoden zoals bijvoorbeeld scrum
- Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en analyse (niveau bachelier ou supérieur) ;
Vous êtes une personne passionnée avec un esprit d'analyse fort ;
Vous avez une connaissance étendue des processus standards d'un département de Finance ;
Vous pouvez vous exprimer couramment dans l'une de nos deux langues nationales et en anglais ;
3 ans d'expérience ou plus dans un poste similaire ;
Au moins 1 expérience confirmée sur des projets de mise en œuvre d'un ERP finance (D365 ou équivalent).
En outre, vous avez:
- Data Modeling Skills
- UML and/or BPMN skills
- User Stories creation skills
- Practical experience in an agile methodology like scrum
