**Corporate Finance & Administration Manager**

Happiness is looking for a new talent to join its Finance team as a **Corporate Finance & Administration Manager**. This is a role with various responsibilities, with close interaction with senior management, thus offering potential for career progress.

The position is based in **Vilvoorde**, although there will be some flexibility to work from home.

You will become a **key part of a young and dynamic Finance team** that plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the company.

**Position**

The Corporate Finance & Administration Manager will cover a range of activities across legal, finance and administration (which may be varied over time), including:
**1. Corporate finance and administration**
a. Support CFO on corporate finance and administration tasks, e.g.
- Arrange and follow up on documentation related to shareholders or corporate activities
- Intercompany transactions and related documentations,
- Keeping track of corporate bank
- and other financings, and cash, ensuring payment and other obligations are met
- Work with external accountant to ensure compliance with corporate requirements, e.g in context of dividend payments, annual reports,b. Follow up on (and, where needed, negotiation of) client, supplier and other contracts, as required from time to time c. Provide analysis and reporting as needed (including, for example, due diligence exercises)

**2. International activities / projects**

a. Facilitate company set up + follow up on changes/amendments, together with legal advisors and accountant b. Responsible for accounting for local entities (where relevant, with external accountant) c. Prepare budgets and track performance against budget d. Financial reporting on monthly basis + integration in pro forma consolidated results

**3. Various**

Contribute to various accounting, administration or analyses topics, such as the following (may vary from time to time, depending on the workload of the team) a. Management of company cars
- Liaising with lease providers / follow up as needed
- Prepare, maintain and analyse car cost budget b. Client follow up & analysis
- Follow up client payments (based on internal system)
- Track and analyst time spends and client profitability
- Familiarize with internal systems and tools, and suggest improvements in reporting and analysis on ongoing basis c. Contribute to consolidated quarterly reporting d. Contribute to annual audits e. Support with ad hoc analyses or presentation requirements

**Requirements**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on team member that embraces challenge, and that is willing to work closely with colleagues within or outside the Finance team, and with senior management of the company.

Specific requirements
- Bachelor or master in accounting or finance (or equivalent through experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Comfortable with legal documentation
- Proactive thinking and can-do attitude
- Professionalism and maturity
- Analytical skills
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
- Ability to work and build relationships with a crowd of high diversity
- Good knowledge of MS office (advanced knowledge of Excel) and accounting systems
- At ease with working in an international environment
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English
- Affinity with, or experience in, the creative or advertising industry is a plus

**Salary**: €3,000.00 - €4,000.00 per month
