Acheteur Capex

For one of my client located near to Charleroi I am currently looking for a buyer - Capex. This person will directly report to the procurement Manager.

**_You responsibilities: _**
- Manages the purchases for his category and is back up for the other categories.
- Assure the compliance to our Policy and values
- In close connection with the operations (supply chain, production, QC), lead procurement activities in order to supply all products and goods necessary
- Manage internal requirements such as "Change Control", and "Master data"
- Develop key supplier relationships and leads business review meetings
- Support global procurement initiatives and lead site-level initiatives for supplier management, supplier quality & supplier performance improvement.
- Invite suppliers to provide solutions and cost proposals for the group business requirements, evaluate proposals, make supplier recommendations, select suppliers, award business, and handle contracts for key stakeholders.
- Negotiate supply agreement, pricing on combined volumes of purchases at various locations with industry leading suppliers to reduce the cost of goods and overheads.
- Provide monthly reporting

**_ Your profile : _**
- Good communications skills
- Master Degree in Business, Economics or any other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Knowledge of purchasing good practices Experience
- Very good writing & speaking skills in French and English.
