**Job Description**:
AECOM is looking for a Quality Manager (HSE) as part of its development of construction services. Reporting to the Project Manager, within the Project Management - Construction
- Construction Management department, you will be required to carry out your duties mainly on sites, primarily in the Braine l'Alleud area. The work is to be carried out on the construction site.

Your main missions are:

- Define, with the customer, the Project Quality Plan
- Review the Quality Plans of the various companies
- Define the expectations of suppliers and contractors carrying out work on a complex industrial site
- Deploy AECOM quality management tools
- Help the customer define and monitor the Technical Controller's services
- Help customers define and monitor the services provided by Notified Bodies and Authorized Bodies
- Analyze company documentation
- Inspect company files in progress, as well as project completion files
- Complete and update management charts
- Produce regular quality reports
- Analyze non-conformities and define corrective actions
- Inform and pass on information to the Project Manager
- Work in collaboration with the project team and other AECOM Group entities.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent French and English
- At least 5 years' experience with a construction company or in construction engineering
- Valid driving license

**Skills**
- Exemplary behavior in terms of safety and ability to federate around safety in the construction field
- Experience of quality procedures in industrial construction
- Knowledge of the construction environment and electromechanical techniques
- Good communication skills
- Autonomous and enterprising
- Ability to integrate into teams
