Our client, active in the insurance sector, is actively looking for an Office/Management Assistant.
**Description**
- Independently ensure the logistics of appointments and travel in the context of major market events
- Ensure that accounting documents are sent to reinsurers in due time
- Verify invoices, ensure their payment and budget consumption monitoring.
- Management of holiday and visit agendas
- Restaurant reservations and travel arrangements
- Management of the visitors' agenda (client and reinsurers) and coordination within the company
- Update of the sales brochure
- Archiving Management
- Regular download of the banking statement from our banks platform

**Profile**
- You are fluFluent in French / Dutch / English
- You have previous experience in similar function
- You are autonomous, rigorous, reliable
- You have a collaborative spirit
