Project Leader Process Transfer & Development
Your mission
As part of the "Process Transfer & Development" department where cell banking, fermentation, purification, and quality controls are performed, you will be responsible for the successful and efficient transfer and/or development of production processes steps for the manufacturing of plasmid DNA, recombinant proteins and protein conjugates.
Using your technical and scientific expertise your role will include:
- Defining the best production strategy for new customer projects to be transferable to GMP production area.
- Establishing protocols describing the experimental plan.
- Planning and following-up of experiments.
- Writing scientific reports (compilation of data and critical analysis of results, identification of critical points, conclusions and proposals for further development).
- Presenting technical and scientific results to customers.
- Transferring process knowledges and methods to GMP production and QC teams.
**Profile**:
- PhD or Masters in biochemistry / biotechnology or bioengineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in the transfer and/or development of downstream processes of recombinant protein or plasmid.
- Biochemistry quality controls skills.
- Experience with GE chromatographic system and/or Agilent HPLC.
- Knowledge in computer tools and software including Excel, Word, Agilent, Unicorn software and statistical software.
- Languages: French / English (written and spoken).
- Optimization by Design of Experiments (DoE) is an asset.
