Job description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic laboratory environment, supporting various production and R&D activities while ensuring compliance with GMP and GxP standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, intermediate and final products, R&D samples, stability samples, or transfer/validation samples according to established methods or protocols.
Formulate conclusions and provide detailed reports, ensuring this information is accurately communicated to production and QA teams.
Maintain and update documentation for all analysis methods.
Perform additional support tasks, including periodic calibration of equipment, assisting senior laboratory technicians, and managing inventory levels.
**Profile**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biomedical Laboratory Techniques.
**Experience**: 1 to 4 years of experience working under GMP & GxP conditions.
**Technical Skills**:
Strong experience with Chromatography.
Proficiency in GS HPLC (this will account for 80% of your tasks).
**Soft Skills**:
Flexibility, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
Strong collaboration, responsibility, and cleanliness standards.
**Languages**:
Proficiency in Dutch is mandatory (especially for safety instructions).
Knowledge of English is required.
**Software**: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
**Shift Work**: Ability to work in a rotating shift system, alternating between 5 am - 1 pm and 1 pm - 9 pm on a weekly basis.
