Your team and your responsibilities:
**Team description**

Newly created BSD GR business planning team is responsible to develop sustainable business model with integration of GR motorsports into mass market activities on Pan-E basis. (To protect Motorsports gemba and contribute to "Ever-better car".)

**Your responsibilities**

Support the Head of and the team to collaborate with wide range of stakeholders, such as TME related functions including:

- Scheduling/meeting arrangement
- Documentation (incl. ENG-JPN translation)
- Purchase Order/Payment process/Expense claim, etc.

Your Profile:

- You are fluent in English (TME business language)
- You are fluent in Japanese at a native or business level (communication with TMC)
- Communication with external stakeholders (Toyota group companies, NMSC, Partners, DLRs)
- Materials preparation for working level
- Open mindset
- Ready to take ownership of your tasks
- Communication to build up the consensus and making simple and clear strategic report
- Flexibility of tasks
- Analytical & organizational skills
