**The role**

We are looking for a committed IT/IS Project Leader with expert skills in Master Data Management to take a leadership role, developing and strengthening the Master data management and governance process securing collaboration with our strategy within Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Business Area.

You are a dynamic person and experience with international projects. As such you will grow your experience further through a wide interaction with different divisions within the Business Area. Additionally, you get to increase your knowledge about multiple domains while being part of a team in the exciting world of data, analytics and reporting.
- You initiate, plan, and manage projects in the context of Master Data Governance and the SAP MDG Roadmap.
- As a Project leader, you capture and evaluate requirements for master data maintenance and governance processes and align them with Master Data Governance principles.
- Take ownership and actively manage the project throughout its entire lifecycle following Agile project management processes and methodologies.
- You are responsible for the follow-up of the projects against its stipulated goals, planning and budget.
- You collaborate with the Data Domain Steward community and other contributors to the Master Data Governance organization.
- You coordinate developments and implementation within our SAP system landscape together with the functional experts and our external implementation partners.
- You lead the team during the Scrum ceremonies.
- You help the Product Owner and the team to organize and maintain the Product backlog.
- You deliver solutions and roll them out globally.
- You report status of projects to the Master Data Steering Committee.
- You manage issues and change requests and will take care of the appropriate escalation when needed.
- You represent SAP MDG within other recurrent meetings (Data domain council, Design Authority meeting, etc.)
- You will report to the Product Owner Master Data Governance

**Skills**
- You have a university degree in business, engineering, economics, informatics or equal through experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management best case with a master data background.
- Expert Knowledge about SAP MDG or similar solutions.
- A sound understanding of the SAP ecosystem and experience with other SAP products like SAP S/4, SAP BW/BI, SAP PO and the SAP Data Modell is a strong asset.
- Having experience in Agile project management techniques.
- You are customer-focused, enthusiastic, and professional.
- You have passion.
- You work systematically and accurately.
- You are result oriented and quality-focused.
- You are able to quickly integrate into the existing team and encourage knowledge sharing between colleagues.
- You can maintain good relations with external parties.
- You work in an international environment, and you will be communicating with our local customer centers and product companies.
