benuts is a Belgian studio aiming to support its artists in the development of their capabilities in a creative and human
environment. We strive every day in order to live our values of: Expertise, Ambition, Cooperation and Humility. Over the
years, we built of team of 70 passionate artists, involved on several European projects of Motion pictures as well as
series, on a local and European scale. In order to sustain these projects and our expansion, we are currently looking for a:
**IT / Systems Administrator**

The Systems Administrator / IT Support Technician is integral to maintaining and optimising the technological infrastructure
of our VFX studio. This role ensures seamless IT operations, delivers technical support to the team, and collaborates across
departments to enhance workflow efficiency and project success.

**Key** **Responsibilities**:
Systems Maintenance and Administration:
Manage and maintain the studio's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
Conduct regular system updates, data backups, and security checks to ensure system integrity.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimise downtime.

Technical Support:
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and technical challenges.
Work closely with the Data Manager to address IT-related issues in data management processes.
Support artists and production staff with specialised tools and software critical to their workflows.

Network Security:
Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard the studio’s data and IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with the Data Manager to ensure secure data transfers internally and externally.

Software Integration and Maintenance:
Install, integrate, and maintain production pipeline software.
Ensure all systems align with the studio’s operational needs and project requirements.

Cross-Departement collaboration:
Partner with production and VFX teams to understand and address IT requirements for ongoing projects.
Facilitate smooth data and workflow exchanges between departments.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in IT and VFX.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance the studio’s efficiency and productivity.

**Qualifications**:
Strong expertise in computer systems, particularly in Linux environments (e.g., CentOS 9).
Proficient in server management, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with a customer-focused, proactive approach.
A collaborative team player who is adaptable and solution-oriented.
Fluency in French, English, and/or Dutch is highly desirable.
