Afin de renforcer son équipe sur le site de Bruxelles, notre mandant associe son excellente réputation aux forces de** pro**select dans sa recherche d’un(e):
**HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:

- Une position centrale dans la gestion du personnel - En tant qu’
- **HR Officer vous êtes chargé**:
Principalement de l’**administration liée à la gestion de la paie **dans le logiciel de paie de SDworx et le logiciel de gestion du temps interne (gestion des absences maladies, accident de travail, demande de congés,);
De **suivre les changements de législation sociale**, avec l’aide éventuelle du service juridique;
De faire la **gestion des contrats, temps partiels, crédit-temps**;
De faire le **suivi des avantages extra-légaux**, tels que l’assurance Groupe (pension extra-légale), assurance hospitalisation, voitures de sociétés ;
De** collaborer avec le HR Manager** pour toutes les matières relevant des ressources humaines, donner certains rapports, états des compteurs;
D’être** disponible et à l’écoute** des travailleurs, de **répondre** à leurs questions.**Vos talents**:

- Responsabilités, communication et adaptation - Vous êtes en possession d’un
- **Bachelor** (de préférence en ressources humaines, sciences humaines, sciences sociales ou droit) ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente;
- Vous avez plusieurs années d’expérience, principalement dans la **gestion de la paie;**

Vous parlez couramment le **néerlandais** et avez **une très bonne maitrise du français**;
Vous savez organiser votre travail de manière à être **autonome**;
Vous êtes orienté(e) ‘**solutions’** et aimez entreprendre;
Vous **respectez la confidentialité** des sujets confiés.**Notre offre**:
