**Wat zullen jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn?**

Als KLUSJESMAN zal jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

- Onderhoudswerken en kleine herstellingen
- Schilderwerken en plaatsen van mu(u)r(en) en vloerbekledingen
- Plaatsen van scheidingswanden en valse plafonds
- Mee werken aan interne verhuizingen zoals: monteren en demonteren van meubilair, aanpassen van bekabeling, materialen in kisten opbergen en wegdragen, kaders ophangen, schermen plaatsen, enz..;En veel meer, afhankelijk van jouw eigen ervaring en achtergrond

**Jouw talenten en jouw achtergrond?**

Je woont in Brussel of in de omgeving.

Je werkt autonoom, georganiseerd en proactief.

Je kan goed communiceren en bent klantgericht.

Je hebt kennis en/of een certificatie/diploma in één van de volgende aspecten: Elektriciteit, Loodgieterij, Schrijnwerkerij **OF **significante ervaring.

Je bent een echte klusjesman en werkt graag aan diverse taken.

Je hebt een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans is ook belangrijk.

Je bent in bezit van één van de volgende attesten: VCA, Hoogtewerker, BA4.
