**Het avontuur**

As a Medior UX Designer at Yonderland (through A.S. Adventure) you’ll spend most of your time on doing what you love most: creating amazing UX/UI designs through well-defined user research and great communication with stakeholders. You will work within a multidisciplinary agile team in sprints on various projects as well as working closely with the other UXers on a daily basis.

You’ll be in the drivers’ seat for creating best-in-class designs, based on data driven customer journeys. You’re comfortable in making sure these projects come to a close.

You’ll work for the Yonderland Group UX-team. You report into the UX-Teamlead and ultimately into the CIO of Yonderland. Yonderland is Europe’s number one omnichannel retailer in outdoor clothing and -equipment. In the Netherlands we are mostly known as Bever, in Belgium as A.S. Adventure, and Juttu. In the UK we are known as Cotswold Outdoor, Snow + Rock and Runners Need. All of that sums up to more than 250 stores and over 4000 employees.
- Using various usability research methods to test your assumptions and designs;
- Backing your designs with the right data from (Adobe) analytics;
- Creating high level concept(s) to show potential directions and impact;
- Including stakeholders in your design choices through workshop facilitation, brainstorms etc.;
- Working with and improving the (tokenized) design system;
- Working in a small team, together with other UXers on various projects;
- Proactively do (quantitively and qualitative) research to find areas of improvement;
- Promoting design thinking & best UX practices throughout the organization;
- Proactively taking ownership of complex projects.

**Je uitrusting**
- Bachelor or Master in Interaction design or a related study
- At least 2 years relevant work experience, with a portfolio showcasing your work
- You have experience with Figma
- You have affinity with service design - you can’t just turn concepts into pixel-perfect designs, but you keep all user touchpoints in mind
- You (preferably) have experience in the eCommerce domain
- You’re not afraid to speak your mind and defend your opinions
- You are already living in Belgium and have a valid working permit
