Scrum Master/ Agile Coach

As an **Scrum Master/ Agile Coach** at iO, you will ensure that scrum methodologies are understood and applied
- You **help** **stakeholders** to well interact with scrum team in order to maximize value created
- You ensure the scrum team’s continuous improvement regarding way of working (creativity, quality, cooperation) while exercising empathy, transparency, courage and humility
- You **c**ollaborate with other agile coaches** & scrum masters to improve agility within the organisation
- You support the team by** delivering sprint goals** successfully
- You animate/facilitate the **scrum rituals**:
- You establish key metrics for **team** **effectiveness** (velocity, predictability, user satisfaction, team satisfaction, quality,)
- You **support** **the** **delivery** **team** to become autonomous, organised and multidisciplinary
- You support and **advice** **the** **product** owner regarding needs refinement and backlog management
- You continuously assess the team and stakeholders’ agile maturity regarding practices, process and agile values, including agile at scale
The team:
You will be part of iO Consultancy and will be fully dedicated to work for one of our clients in e-commerce. This is a **fully remote position, h**owever, you will be supported by the iO team who will guide and help you whenever you would have questions. You are fully part of iO and will also receive all the accompanying benefits. Not feeling like working home all the time? In addition, knowledge is the basis of everything you do at iO. That means you not only grow by working on challenging projects in small-scale teams. Or that you can completely shape your personal growth path yourself. There are all kinds of initiatives you can share in or organise yourself, such as Expert Groups, meet-ups or hackathons.
Wat je meebrengt als Scrum master/ Agile coach
- You have a proven track record as agile coach & Scrum Master for at least **3 years** within software development and delivery environments
- You have experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, LeSS)
- You have strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching
- You have experience in guiding others to deal with situations of conflict, ambiguity, and uncertainty
- Your are fluent in **English**, speaking French is a plus
