**Introductie**:
Ons Assistance Center is 7 dagen per week, 24 uur per dag bereikbaar. Onze assistentie-medewerkers lossen problemen op voor leden, klanten van autoconstructeurs en klanten van lease
- of verzekeringsmaatschappijen in België en in het buitenland (technische en/of medische assistentie). Elke dag is anders en we beloven je gevarieerd werk binnen een enthousiast en dynamisch team.
Als veelzijdige assistent word je ingezet waar de behoefte het grootst is:
Front Office: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het eerste telefonische contact met klanten. Dankzij je empathie en luistervaardigheden ben je in staat om de behoeften van de klanten goed in te schatten. Je verzamelt alle gegevens met betrekking tot de pech van de klant en controleert of het binnen de contractvoorwaarden valt. Vervolgens stuur je het dossier door naar het Dispatching-team om onze patrouilleurs ter plaatse in België te sturen, of naar collega's van het Back Office.

- Uitstekende beheersing hebben van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans en goede kennis van het Engels bezitten. Kennis van een extra taal is een pluspunt;
- Hulpvaardig zijn en de nodige empathie tonen;
- In staat zijn om piekmomenten te beheren en deze perioden te benaderen met stressbestendigheid;
- Gericht zijn op het vinden van oplossingen en in staat zijn om klanten gerust te stellen;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden hebben en in staat zijn om frequente (en soms moeilijke) contacten te beheren met verschillende gesprekspartners (klant, externe partner,...);
- Zich comfortabel voelen in een multiculturele en meertalige omgeving;
- Minimaal 18 jaar oud zijn; Bereid zijn om te werken volgens een variabel schema van maandag tot en met zondag tussen 6:00 en 23:00 uur; Beschikbaar zijn van 01/03 tot 30/09, geen mogelijkheid om verlof op te nemen vóór 14/08 (maximaal 1 week).
