Financial Controller

**_Rosier S.A. in Moustier (BE) and a location in Sas van Gent (NL) is a fertiliser manufacturer. The manufacturing company with over 250 employees specialises in the production of "customised" fertiliser. The products are sold through its own sales organisation to agricultural cooperatives and the art trade around the world. Rosier is part of the Yilfert holding company, belonging to the Yildirim Group._**

**_FINANCIAL CONTROLLER_**

**The Function**:
The Group Management Controller assists the Financial Director. Always mindful of the company's profitability and performance, he/she transmits the most reliable information possible. He/she influences the definition of the company's global economic strategy and optimises its financial profitability. To do this, he/she helps them to define realistic budgetary objectives based on data from different departments of the company (particularly the commercial departments) and financial studies.

**Area of responsibility**:

- Ensures operational excellence
- In charge of analysis and forecasting
- Development of the budget process based on the company's results
- Optimisation of the information system
- participates in the definition of the objectives to be reached: production levels to be achieved, means to be implemented, etc.
- identifies the indicators to be analysed and the monitoring procedures to be put in place.
- performs checks on the results obtained and compares them with the forecasts to identify and quantify the differences.
- produces reports for management
- proposes solutions to reduce these gaps.
- Applies specific standards to reporting (listed company)
- Carries out budget monitoring
- Collects financial and accounting information for the Moustier and SAS site and the production units.
- Prepares reports (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual)
- You are located in Moustier and visite on a regular basis the location Sas van Gent

**Skills**:
**Education**
- Business school diploma (specialising in finance, management control)
- Business school diploma (specialising in finance, management control)
- Master in Management Control
- Master's degree in Accounting-Control-Auditing

**Experience**
- Min. 2-5 years industry experience
