To support the growth of our Finance Department, we are looking for a Business Controller.

What will you be doing?:
As a Business Controller at BDO, you will:
- Monitor and analyze results and performance indicators to contribute to the development of BDO and its services.
- Ensure the relevance and completeness of the company's performance data.
- Be involved in all financial matters and propose innovative solutions to simplify processes, reduce workload, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and adjust budgets, perform variance analyses, and compile short, medium, and long-term forecasts in a report, which you will then present.
What do you bring to the table?:
- A Master's degree with a financial orientation.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in NL/EN or FR/EN
- Proficiency in Excel and IT tools such as Power BI.
- A rigorous and detail-oriented work style.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest changes in the law, with a commitment to continuously learning by attending seminars, conferences, and events.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle several deadlines and files on the same day.
- Innovative and curious mindset with a desire to challenge the existing processes
