Context
At Bank Degroof Petercam, your contributions will be pivotal in driving our transformation journey forward as we adopt new tools, processes, and controls.
For realizing its ambitious objectives, Bank Degroof Petercam is looking to reinforce its financial department with a Risk and Control Framework intern who can join their team as soon as possible for a period of 3 to 6 months. If you are looking for new challenge and a good team atmosphere, you are definitively more than welcome
Your Position
Your tasks will include:
- Conduct risk self-assessments across various departments ;
- Assist in the development and implementation of control frameworks ;
- Support ongoing risk management and control monitoring activities ;
- Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks ;
- Prepare reports and presentations on risk assessment findings and control effectiveness ;
- Participate in the review and update of risk policies and procedures.
Your Profile
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Currently enrolled in a related field such as Finance, Business administration, Risk management, Economics or related fields ;
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch ;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint ;
- Ability to work independently (on an agreed agenda within agreed timelines).
