For GEMS (Global Energy Management and Sales in Brussels,** **we are currently looking for **A B2B GEMS IT Team Lead Sales & Customers** The GEMS teams negotiate ENGIE natural gas supply contracts, optimize the assets (power plants) and the energy purchase and sales contracts, and provide customers with natural gas and electricity, as well as energy price risk management services.

**YOUR CHALLENGE as **B2B GEMS IT Team Lead Sales & Customers**:
You manage all the IS activities related to this domain (B2B Belgium / Sales & Customer). This covers covers customer facing and management systems like Saleforce, Customer aera website, marketing tools,

**Responsibilities**
- Oversight and follow-up of the applicative ROADMAP
- Management of service contracts, commercial and contractual relations with suppliers
- Ensuring the IT service level and user support
- Supervision of IT projects

**Delivery and project steering**
- Steering and follow-up of all project within his domain on all axes (Scope Budget, quality and timing)
- Ensure the regular delivery of consistent IS software increments on consisting in bug fixes, enhancement on existing functions or new functionalities and large projects.

**Reporting**
- Budget monitoring and management.
- Setup and follow-up of quality KPI

**Quality, security and performance of IS landscape**
- Ensure and Control correct implementation of Quality, security and performance requirements in collaboration with related GEMS IS teams

**Management**
- Team operational management (internal + external consultants), team skills management and staffing, people development for Internal resources.
- Demand management: put in place a team backlog, prioritized according to client needs, manage relationship with other IT teams and external clients (business and support functions).
- Process management: define, adapt and enforce team organization and methodology (including development best practices and ALM methodology)

**Challenges**
- Develop collaboration between Supply B2B IS teams with other GEMS IS teams (architecture, infra, security..) and close proximity with B2B users.
- Define and implement optimization strategies plan within Supply B2B BE scope and also synergies cross Supply B2B countries.

**YOUR PROFILE as **B2B GEMS IT Team Lead Sales & Customers**:

- You hold a **Master degree in engineering** with a proven specialty in IT or equivalent
- You have **minimum 5+ years’ experience** in IT team management or in IT expertise. Experience in B2B sector and understanding Salesforce and customer website technologies is a plus.
- You are mastering of **AGILE methodologies** and have good capacity and field experience in applicative architecture.
- You have transversal knowledge and understanding of **Supply B2B process** and IS landscape. You know and understand the B2B business and its constraints. You are always client and delivery oriented.
- You have proven experience in **people management**: team lead or IT management and the organization of an IT team. You hold strong leadership skills.
- You embrace **change management**, can work autonomously and hold a analytical mindset.
- Thanks to your open and good **communication** capabilities and **assertiveness**, you are able to convince and you know how to manage and solve conflicts in a peaceful way.
- You are fluent in English. Next to you have professional knowledge of Dutch or French.

The Business Platform Supply B2B in Belgium is managing a portfolio of about 15k business customers from SME to industrial and Public Authorities with about 100k delivery points by selling power (13 TWh/year), gas (19 TWh/year) and products & services to support our customers in their energy transition.

The Business Platform counts about 120 staff members active in Sales, Customer Services, Marketing, Products & Services activities
