**En tant qu'Account Manager, vous êtes responsable du développement de nos services sur la Wallonie et Bruxelles. Vous êtes en charge à la fois du commerce direct et indirect.
Vous créez donc votre réseau d'intermédiaires en vue d'affilier de nouveaux employeurs et vous prospectez des entreprises afin de leur proposer nos services.
Vos journées sont variées et grâce à votre flexibilité, vous alternez le travail commercial et le conseil.
Vous participez à la vie de l'entreprise, vous donnez votre avis, vous transmettez votre savoir et surtout les besoins du terrain.
**Description du profil
**- Vous avez obtenu un diplôme de niveau Bachelor (en droit, RH,...) ou équivalent par l'expérience professionnelle
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Vous êtes un vendeur né et grâce à une bonne connaissance du payroll, vous identifiez parfaitement les besoins des prospects et des clients et vous faites un bon suivi de vos dossiers
- Vous êtes créatif et vous saisissez les meilleures opportunités
- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et vous aimez prendre des initiatives. Vous avez une bonne gestion des priorités et du stress
- Vous êtes bilingue ou assimilé Français/Néerlandais
- Vous avez un permis de conduire B
