Customer Service Representative

**De functie**:
- You are responsible for the coordination and follow-up, of your orders across all departments (e.g. sales, materials management, logistics and finance); this includes product inquiries, credit, product availability, delivery, invoicing and payment
- You are the key interface with the customers for all the day-to
- day business
- You Check the price, product availability, allocation availability for every order/ customer and makes sure that all stakeholders handle their relevant part of the orders
- You Inform your customers about issues related to delivery, documentation, etc.
- You Provide technical data sheets, safety and logistics information to the customers
- You Obtain all necessary information/ data for order processing and for compliance with all relevant regulations
- You are responsible that all relevant instructions are included in the order (e.g. bill of loading, warehouse instructions, etc.)
- You coordinate customer requests for samples
- You Responds and coordinates replies to inquiries from customers/ potential customers on product portfolio
- You Develop extensive knowledge of customers and products
- You Work in a team and provides back-up for other CSR’s
- You are responsible for timely and accurate processing of quotations in SAP
- You are responsible for generating all customer complaints in our internal complaint system
- You are Responsible for maintaining contact with Customers, Sales Managers, Materials Management Coordinators, Logistics Coordinators, Finance Department, fellow CSR’s
- You Keep the customer informed of the order status
- You Handle all communication with the logistics providers, the external warehouses and the CSR’s
- You Provide support to Sales and Marketing and provides relevant data and reports to Sales and Marketing e.g. order status, delivery status, critical issues etc.
- You Maintain contacts with existing customers
**Het profiel**:
- Bachelor degree
- 1st relevant experience in a similar position in an international environment is a must
- Computer literate: MS Office, SAP, Lotus Notes
- Working knowledge of materials management, chemicals packaging and logistics
- Good communication skills and able to manage multiple priorities successfully
- Pro-active thinker, independent worker, problem solver, hands-on mentality, goal oriented
- **Excellent** knowledge of** English, German** are mandatory as operational working languages. A good knowledge of Polish is an asset
**De organisatie**:
Customer Services Representative will ensure coordination and follow-up of all aspects related to the complete handling of orders placed by customers.
He/ she will also perform relied tasks and actions in accordance with internal and external regulations such as ISO, OE, etc. This is a professional support function, with focus on coordination and administration of the order process and this according to processes & procedures.
