Als Associate Director Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke activiteiten van het Distribution Center te Gent en de Cross-dock & Full Service Vending operaties te Heppignies. Deze activiteiten omvatten o.a ontvangst en opslag van goederen in het magazijn, orderpicking, stockkeeping, laden en lossen van vrachtwagens, aan
- en afvoer van de productielijnen, distributie, Full Service Vending en alle processen die met deze activiteiten samenhangen. Jouw team bestaat uit ongeveer 200 medewerkers (Gent/Heppignies) en je rapporteert aan de Logistieke Directeur.

**Jouw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je beheert delokale warehouse
- en distributieactiviteiten rekening houdend met de overeengekomen service-levels met de klanten en met goed beheer van kosten in Distributiecentrum Gent & Crossdock/Full Service Vending Heppignies. Hiervoor bouw je o.a. sterke relaties uit met de commerciële teams & het customer logistics team.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de geproduceerde producten efficiënt worden opgeslagen rekening houdend met een optimalisatie van voorraadniveaus en magazijnbewegingen
- Je organiseert, leidt, coacht en ontwikkelt het logistieke team in DC Gent en de Crossdock/Full Service Vending te Heppginies. (De activiteiten van het DC Gent gebeuren in een drieploegenstelsel met seizoensgebonden weekendactiviteit )
- Je beheert het financieel budget voor de activiteiten om ervoor te zorgen dat de middelen efficiënt en correct worden ingezet en dat het kostenbeheer en de SOX-naleving effectief zijn.
- Je volgt en stuurt dagdagelijks bij zodat de vastgelegde KBI’s bereikt worden (vb. FTE, Opex, Capex, Cost per case, CFR, OTIF,)
- Je waakt over de veiligheid binnen de logistieke omgeving rekening houdend met o.a. het QESH - CRS beleid en dit in samenwerking met het productie-center
- Je speelt een zeer actieve rol in het management team van de site Gent.
- Je bouwt sterke relaties uit met de syndicale partners. Je vertegenwoordigt de werkgever in SA en CBPW te Gent en je bent tevens voorzitter van het CPBW te Heppignies.
- Je participeert actief in het uitwerken van algemene logistieke & strategische plannen & projecten.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Master diploma
- Ruime ervaring in de logistieke omgeving
- Zeer sterke People manager
- Drietalig (Nederlands, Frans en Engels)
- Gedreven, ondernemend, analytisch ingesteld
