Hays is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our client’s BI team.
**Your responsibilities as a Business Intelligence Analyst**
Play a vital role in driving data-driven decision making as a BI Analyst reporting to the BI Head. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects including:
- Integrating and preparing data for our DWH and CDCI's DataMart's
- Developing, maintaining, and improving daily/weekly and monthly reports
- Managing ad-hoc analyses to uncover key insights and trends
- Continuously improving our MIS solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilizing standard BI tools such as SAS, SQL, Microsoft Office, Python, R to develop operational solutions and processes.
**What we are looking for**
You have a Master's degree in a data-oriented field such as business, statistics, or informatics, and at least 2 years of professional experience. While experience in a similar position and in the banking sector is a plus, curiosity and intellectual flexibility is the most important.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in standard BI tools such as SAS and knowledge of Python and R to lead data management and BI efforts.
You must have a strong communication skills, fluency in Dutch or French and English is a must.
