**Vacature - Architect Expert Tarificatie - B.A. Verzekeringen**
**Voor onze klant**, een **gevestigde verzekeraar met specialisatie in B.A. in de bouw/architectuursector**, zijn we op zoek naar een
**Architect Expert Tarificatie - voltijds of 4/5**
**Takenpakket**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van opdrachten vanuit een risicoperspectief, de tarificatie ervan en het adviseren van de ontwerpers.
- Als Architect Expert Tarificatie krijg je een grote mate van autonomie bij het bepalen van je taken en rol op dit gebied. Dit omvat de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je analyseert offerteaanvragen vanuit technisch oogpunt met het oog op de aanvaarding en de tarificatie van het voorgestelde risico.
- Je adviseert de verzekerden bij het opstellen van hun contract met de cliënt of een andere partij.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor architecten en andere ontwerpers en dienstverleners in de bouwsector met betrekking tot de opstelling en het beheer van contracten.
- Je geeft inlichtingen aan verzekerden en potentiële verzekerden over de risico's die aan hun beroep verbonden zijn en over de wijze waarop zij zich kunnen beschermen.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent architect of bouwkundig ingenieur
- Zeer goede kennis van het Frans + Nederlands
- Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring
- Affiniteit met de bouwsector
- Technische vaardigheden, affiniteit met juridische contracten
- Team
- en ondernemersgeest, goede dosis creativiteit en onafhankelijkheid
