**Entegra**, al meer dan 20 jaar een activiteit van de **Sodexo-groep**, ging 5 jaar geleden van start in België en positioneert zich als een **aankoop
- en diensten centrale gewijd aan de horecasector**. De oplossingen van Entegra omvatten de aankoop van voedingsmiddelen en non-food, operationele begeleiding, ondersteuning van aankoopsystemen en de ontwikkeling van duurzame initiatieven. Op deze manier helpt Entegra hun klanten om efficiëntie te winnen (in tijd en geld), hun inkoop te optimaliseren en hun bedrijfsvoering te verbeteren. Wij zijn een volwaardige partner voor onze klanten en leveranciers.
**Functie**:
Als **Purchasing Data Analyst** speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van inkoopgegevensanalyses die worden toegevoegd aan commerciële voorstellen voor toekomstige Entegra-klanten. Maar ook voor bestaande klanten om nieuwe producten te vinden tegen goede prijzen, om hen rapporten te verschaffen over hun inkoopactiviteiten en gebieden die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn, om de besparingen te bevestigen die dankzij Entegra in de loop van de tijd zijn gerealiseerd.... De inkoopgegevens die Entegra verzamelt en analyseert zijn niet alleen nuttig voor onze klanten, maar ook voor onze leveranciers.
Entegra is al aanwezig en toonaangevend in Noord-Amerika en het Verenigd Koninkrijk en onze ambitie is om in Europa, inclusief België, het toonaangevende bedrijf op dit gebied te worden.
Als onderdeel van de versnelde ontwikkeling van onze Belgische activiteiten zijn we op zoek naar een Purchasing Data Analyst. Hij/zij zal nauw samenwerken met het Sales team, Aankoop en Operations en ervoor zorgen dat alle analyses accuraat, begrijpelijk en duidelijk gepresenteerd zijn aan Sales en Operations om te delen met onze potentiële of bestaande klanten. Hetzelfde geldt voor het delen van analyses met leveranciers over hun prijsconcurrentievermogen.
**Missie**:
- **Ondersteun de** **Sales** afdeling bij het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten door het analyseren en vergelijken van klant
- en leveranciersgegevens (aankoopvolumes, producten, prijzen, serviceniveaus, leveringsfrequentie, etc.) in relatie tot de catalogus die beschikbaar is via Entegra.
- **Benchmarking** tussen verschillende leveranciers uit te voeren en de beste inkoopstrategie voor elke klant te vinden.
- Ervoor zorgen dat je een **grondige kennis van onze producten** krijgt en de vervangopties van onze leveranciers om de kosten te drukken.
- **Operations** helpen door de beste inkoopopties aan te bevelen: alternatieve leveranciersscenario’s en potentiële toekomstige winsten voorstellen
- **Geschikte analytische rapporten en expertise bieden**. Helpen om de voordelen van het werken met Entegra aan de klant te demonstreren, zowel bij de opstart als erna.
- **Coördineren met de Purchasing** om de vereiste informatie van leveranciers en producten te verkrijgen
- Deelnemen aan verschillende **projecten ter verbetering** van gegevensanalyseprocessen of tussen afdelingen, inclusief de mogelijkheid om bepaalde taken te automatiseren (PowerBI, enz.).
- Helpen om het **duurzaam inkopen** te bevorderen door onze klanten te ondersteunen bij hun initiatieven voor verantwoord inkopen en duurzame ontwikkeling.
**Profiel**:
- Hotel management bachelor of een economische richting
- Ervaring in inkoop of in de horecasector is een pluspunt
- Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden: een logische geest met oog voor detail
- Zeer goede kennis in MS Office, en zeker van Excel
- Zeer goede communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden
- Zin in nieuwe uitdagingen en het vermogen hebben om binnen een scale up te werken
- Teamspirit, integriteit, vastberadenheid en streven naar vooruitgang
- Vermogen om deadlines te halen
- Wil om zichzelf te ontwikkelen en te leren
- Frans en Nederlands : Vloeiend. Engels : Goed niveau
