For our GCB branch (Global Cards Business), we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic colleague:
Customer Service Representative

What is your role?
Q8 Electric is in full growth And that is why we are looking for new colleagues to take on this exciting challenge towards the mobility of tomorrow. Our customers are often still literally and figuratively looking for their way, but you will help them with that
In fact, you are the first contact point for our Liberty (fleetcard) and Q8 electric customers. Whether it's complaints, reports or questions: you make sure they are all registered, answered and solved in a timely and professional manner.
Taking part in problem solving sessions, you research ways on how we can improve our services and act upon regular feedback to the customer. As it is essential to adhere to all processes and procedures, you educate and inform customers, prospects and internal clients accordingly.
Finally, you support your colleagues from sales and accounts payable with administrative follow-up. Do you have a good grasp of the electric business? Then the doors are open to numerous career paths within our international organisation.
What do you need to fulfil this role successfully?
- You have a certificate of secondary education and some professional experience within a customer service team
- Obviously you are very proficient in both commercial communication and administrative procedures and follow-up
- You are an excellent, multi-tasking organiser
- It is crucial that you are inquisitive of mind and able to proactively look for solutions and improvements
- You are an outspoken team player and able to perform under a certain amount of pressure
- You possess the ability to work in and appreciate a multicultural environment
- You are at all times dedicated to servicing the customer in a professional, appropriate and empathic manner
- You read and write English, Lithuanian and Russian fluently

After your 6-month start-up period, you can work hybrid, with at least two days in the office and three days remote. This can vary according to your needs.
