Our Client, a family business in Roeslare, specialises in sharpening and manufacturing custom-made knives. What started as a sharpening company has grown into a unique player in Belgium with a fast-growing customer base. Thanks to their dedication and craftsmanship, they have the ability to deliver faster than their competitors.

As a manual sharpener, you will be responsible for the conventional sharpening of knives. Besides sharpening, you will also be involved in degreasing incoming knives, preparing sharpened knives for shipment and assisting in the manufacture of new knives.

FIXED CONTRACT
- Salary negotiable according to experience
- Full-time contract
- **Hourly schedule to be determined by yourself** **You start in the morning between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.**:

- You can work overtime so that it can be taken up in recup at another time, which gives you more flexibility as an employee according to your own wishes

**VAARDIGHEDEN**:

- Experience is not a must, but a technical feel and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of CNC (lathe - milling - bending - welder )and conventional machines is a plus
- Flexible and willing to jump in where necessary
- Good knowledge of Dutch OR English
