**Service Manager Benelux**:
De voortdurende groei ondersteunen en toezicht houden op de serviceafdeling. Deze rol is essentieel om ervoor te zorgen dat de activiteiten voldoen aan de hoogste normen van klanttevredenheid en technische uitmuntendheid.

**Poste**:
**JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:

- Leiding en inspiratie geven aan een dynamisch team van 7 engineers, professionele groei stimuleren en een sterke teamcohesie bevorderen door middel van leiderschap en ondersteuning.
- Word de eerste technische contactpersoon voor de klanten, het leveren van snelle en efficiënte ondersteunende diensten die vertrouwen en lange termijn relatie tot stand brengen.
- Optimaliseren van het afdeling door het beheren van teamschema's, het verbeteren van de organisatie en het maximaliseren van de klanttevredenheid.
- Nauw samenwerken met de General Manager om de toewijzing van middelen te optimaliseren en de P&L en het budget te beheren, zodat strategisch en financiële gezondheid gewaarborgd blijft.
- Implementeren van kostenbeheersingsmaatregelen, met behoud van de hoge standaarden van de diensten, zorgen voor operationele efficiëntie zonder afbreuk te doen aan de kwaliteit.
- Zorgen voor een vlekkeloze integratie van de apparatuur met de laboratoriuminformatiesystemen van de klant.
- Toezien op de logistiek van reserveonderdelen en apparatuur, de beschikbaarheid en snelle levering ervan garanderen en de toeleveringsketen optimaal houden.
- Beheren van prognoses/forecast, bestellingen en voorraadbeheer, zorgen voor efficiënte voorraadniveaus en tijdige inkoop om te voldoen aan doorlopende operationele eisen.
- Klachten van klanten snel en vakkundig afhandelen en oplossen, en feedback gebruiken om de dienstverlening en klantrelaties voortdurend te verbeteren.

**Profil**:
**UW PROFIEL**:

- Beschikken over minstens 5 jaar ervaring in service/operation management, met een minimum van 2 jaar in een leidinggevende rol (people management), bij voorkeur binnen de lifescience gezondheidszorg, medtech, biotech of andere industriële sectoren.
- Tweetalig in Nederlands en Frans, met goede kennis van het Engels.
- Aantoonbare ervaring om een team te leiden en te ontwikkelen, en een collaboratieve en resultaatgerichte omgeving te bevorderen.
- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden met een bewezen staat van dienst in het verbeteren van dienstverlening en operationele efficiëntie.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, in staat om effectief om te gaan met zowel klanten als teamleden.
