**As Data Scientist, you will**:

- Identify valuable data sources and manage their collection
- Undertake pre-processing and cleaning of structured and unstructured data
- Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
- Present findings and analyses using data visualization techniques
- Clearly communicate findings with various stakeholders, both internally and with customers
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges

**Why you are the Network and Systems Administrator we are looking for**:

- You have Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, statistics & mathematics (specialisation in Data Science is a plus) or a PhD in Engineering with a strong component related to machine learning and/or data and data processing
- You are mastering Python programming
- You have knowledge on:

- common Python data processing and visualisation libraries
- machine learning, deep learning and AI concepts
- _Knowledge on traffic modelling and traffic sciences is a plus_
- _knowledge on database technologies and architectures is a plus_
- You are hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark and Kafka is a plus
- You have an experience with setting up ETL processes for Big Data is a plus
- You are a real Team player
- You are known for your good communication skills
- You are result oriented
- You are able to work autonomously
- You demonstrate an analytical mindset
