Our client is active in the airline, airports and ANSPs industry and offers a variety of solutions. The company is located in Zaventem and is a worldwide leader in this industry.

**Function**:
As a **PMO & Governance Coordinator** you will support and monitor IT governance. You’ll be responsible for contracts, administration and project PMO. You’ll be the coordinator of deliveries, claims, budget,and will support different IT projects and changes.
- Follow-up of the project financials and project outputs/dashboards
- Follow-up of the contract terms, renewing maintenance contracts and check-up of the invoices.
- License management and compliance
- Renewing and preparing global contracts
- Process management for the service desk (SLA’s/KPI’s report)
- Follow up of Hardware deliveries, PO’s, Invoicing
- Preparation of shipments for IT supplies
- Managing the Telecom Services such as Proximus
- Active process management for in-house service desk reporting SLA’s/KPI’s

**Profile**:

- Preferably, you have a Bachelors degree in Administrations or IT
- Dutch and english is required
- You’re a very organized person
- You think in terms of solutions instead of problems: you're a real problem solver.
- The world of IT interests you
- You can work with Microsoft Software
- Know-how of collaboration tools
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructures
