**« Collection Manager/Business Unit Manager « (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:
- Développer, Conseiller & Renforcer- En tant que «
- **Collection Manager**«, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:
- Coordonner, former, fédéré, motiver et superviser l’équipe ;
- Vous tenez des réunions hebdomadaires avec votre département (planification, objectifs, gestion des dossiers à problèmes, ) ;
- Implémenter le schéma de recouvrement le plus adapté au client, en étroite collaboration avec le chargé de clientèle et avec les services informatique et comptable ;
- Intégrer et suivre les objectifs de performance afin d’augmenter l’efficacité et le rendement de votre département ;
- Concevoir et suivre les procédures de contrôle interne, documenter les règles et les méthodes de fonctionnement ;
- Assurer la croissance du département et accompagner l’équipe dans la réalisation des objectifs ;
- Rapporter l’évolution des dossiers, de manière synthétique et structurée, à la hiérarchie et aux clients.**Vos talents**:
- Méthodique, Techniques & Méticuleux- Vous **êtes diplômé(e)** de l’enseignement supérieur à orientation juridique, économique, commerciale ou financière.
- Vous démontrez une expérience en **gestion d’équipe**.
- Vous êtes **rigoureux(se), organisé(e), analytique, proactif(ve) et fiable.**
- Vous avez **l’esprit commercial** et êtes orienté(e)s résultats et solutions.
- Vous êtes capable de** déléguer** et d’**identifier** les priorités.
