What you'll be doing

As a Junior Business Developer, you will be the primary point of contact for our future customers, both through outbound and inbound channels. Your main focus will be on driving the growth of our clientele, contributing to the overall success of MultiMinds.

You have a first commercial experience, some affinity in the Data/Digital world is beneficial and you are naturally curious about the latest developments in our space and possess an eagerness to explore how these advancements can benefit our potential customers.

You will be part of a collaborative team, guided by a senior salesperson who will support you in identifying opportunities. Working closely with our marketing department, you will actively contribute to generating and qualifying sales leads. Additionally, you work together with a team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Project Managers, who will support you in the technical translation of business opportunities.

We encourage innovation and creativity and will support you on your path to become a more experienced salesperson, whilst at the same time giving you the freedom to plan your own agenda, additional training and courses, all with as much or as little mentorship as you need.

Your responsibilities in a nutshell

**Relationship building and deal closure**: demonstrate a deep understanding and empathy for the needs and goals of prospects across diverse sectors and translate these insights into commercial opportunities and closed deals.

**CRM management**: document all relevant actions and information actions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

**Innovative thinking**: Bring fresh ideas and insights to the table about new business opportunities, demonstrating enthusiasm for developing them further.
Job requirements
You preferably have a Master's or Bachelor Degree, but proven experience outperforms degrees.
You have at least 2 years of commercial experience in a digital agency, consulting or similar with a track record in selling services in a data strategy and/or digital marketing world.
Ideally, you also have a good understanding of the MarTech environment.
A MultiMinds mindset (see below) and a no-nonsense approach to problem-solving are a must.
You are result-oriented and always looking for creative solutions with the most impact for both our customers and our consultants.
You have strong communication skills in Dutch. Oh, and polish up your English - we are expanding internationally.
