Functie
Als QHSE manager ben je verantwoordelijk van het kwaliteits-, veiligheids-, welzijns
- en milieubeleid binnen BAM Contractors.
**Concreet houdt dit volgende taken in**:
Het verder versterken van onze veiligheidscultuur en veiligheidsleiderschap.
Het ontwikkelen, implementeren en/of optimaliseren van QHSE plannen, procedures, methodes en instrumenten.
Het toezien op de naleving van het QHSE beleid binnen de gehele organisatie.
Het aansturen van zowel het kwaliteits-als veiligheidsteam binnen BAM Contractors.
Je maakt van duurzaamheid en milieu een persoonlijke prioriteit.
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan onze CEO.
Profiel
Je behaalde minstens jouw diploma preventieadviseur niveau 1.
Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma industrieel ingenieur zodat je ook technisch bouwkundig onderlegd bent. Dit is geen vereiste.
Je hebt minstens 10 à 15 jaar ervaring in een functie waar kwaliteit, gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu centraal stonden. Dit specifiek binnen een bouwtechnische omgeving is een pluspunt.
Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring achter de rug binnen een managementfunctie.
Je hebt een goede kennis van de relevante wetgeving.
Je bent een mensgericht leidersfiguur die verder meebouwt aan het versterken van onze veiligheidscultuur. Daarnaast ben je ook in staat om op een assertieve manier een cultuur van ownership op jouw domein teweeg te brengen binnen de totale organisatie.
Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het NL en FR om mensen mee te krijgen en hen te motiveren.
