**Tell us about yourself**:
We are looking for a passionate **TikTok Content Creator **to join us on** a full-time or part-time basis** to support our expansion into the Belgian market.
Our new hire will be **based in Belgium** and work in a **remote **modality. Due to the needs of this position, there is **no relocation assistance for this role**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Share daily our best deals on Instagram Stories/Reels and TikTok, ensuring high-quality and engaging content
- Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement on Instagram and TikTok, using a data-driven approach to constantly test and optimize results
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
- Respond to user comments, questions, and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with creating and curating high-quality visual content for social media platforms
**Qualifications**:
- You are a **native Flemish speaker** with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including algorithms and best practices.
- Experience in growing social media reach and engagement
- Spark creativity by thinking outside the box
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Interest in or familiarity with the deals and discount industry is a plus
- Knowledge of French is a plus
- Experience in social media management, community management, or a related field is a plus
