Wat houdt deze functie in?
- Je biedt snelle en correcte ondersteuning en bereikt klanttevredenheid door behulpzaamheid en creativiteit.
- Je begrijpt onze toepassingen en kan in alle situaties passend reageren om aanbevelingen te doen aan klanten met betrekking tot het effectief gebruik van Fike
- apparatuur.
- Als een doorwinterde multi-tasker verdeel je je aandacht over verschillende projecten binnen EP. Je houdt de planning en organisatie voor de installatie en het onderhoud van Fike EP Systemen daarbij in het oog.
- Je traint Fike Service partners en klanten in het onderhoud en de heropbouw van Fike EP Systemen.
- Je coördineert vanop afstand EP inbedrijfsnames en voert probleemanalyse uit.
- Je bent dé contactpersoon bij moeilijke of ongebruikelijke situaties, zowel voor interne als externe Fike klanten.
- Je zorgt voor snelle en professionele offertes in kader van trainingen en (her)certificiëringen.
- Je bepaalt welke de best gekwalificeerde en voordeligste middelen zijn om wereldwijde EP-systemen op te starten en beheert zo het proces van klanttevredenheid van verkooppunt tot eindgebruiker.
- Je levert input aan de afdeling Engineering voor het ontwerpen, organiseren, aanpassen en schrijven van gebruiksvriendelijke producthandleidingen.
- Functie-eisen

Wie zoeken wij?
- Je beschikt over een diploma elektromechanica of kan een gelijkwaardige combinatie van opleiding en ervaring voorleggen.
- Minstens 2 jaar technische ervaring.
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden om problemen nauwkeurig te beschrijven en met klanten te communiceren. Dit zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. Bijkomende taalkennis van het Frans of Duits is een plus.

Momenteel zoekt Fike naar een Support & Training Specialist voor hun afdeling explosiebeveiliging.
- Aanbod
