**About BIA**:
BIA Group is active in the sales, rentals and after-sales services of equipment intended for public works, mines, quarries and transport. The Group operates in Europe, Africa and Asia and has more than 1200 enthusiastic employees.
**Summary**:
Design a comprehensive BIA Components Rebuild Center Strategy and oversee its implementation within the Group; The CRC strategy includes among others the offer definition, the go-to-market approach according to customers segments, the cost structure and revenue streams (incl. financing streams), the key metrics (incl. sales and margin targets), the governance, the organization structure and required competencies, the IT business requirements definition:
Support the consistent deployment of the CRC strategy across BIA Group in cooperation with the VP Operations
Promote CRC as key contributor to BIA and customers ESG agenda
**What will be your responsibilities?**:
**1. Design a comprehensive CRC strategy for BIA Group**
- Assess current situation (current offer, existing expertise, offer from competition, local availability of alternatives, subcontractors capabilities,..and the existing specific contractual commitments)
- Define and scope the BIA CRC offer of Today and of Tomorrow in light of
1)the alternatives in Reman and LMS from Komatsu
2) Commercial criticality for overall BIA offer competitiveness
3) Financial profitability and targeted growth
4) Current and expected evolution of the BIA fleet
- Define the CRC operating model for Today and Tomorrow (processes, RACI, governance)
- Define the business requirements to feed BIA IT with the required medium and long term systems development to support operational excellence, growth and profitability
- Identify the untapped business opportunities to create or expand CRC centers
**2. Business planning**
- Articulate a comprehensive business plan for CRC strategy deployment in cooperation with the Project Enginerting team and the local entities
**3. Build ecosystems and develop standards to reach operational excellence in the CRC**:
- Identify key experts in each CRC country, build the forums of countries expert teams to ensure best practices identification and knowledge transfer when appropriate
- Build and manage Standard Offer (Content/Pricing) and leverage Best Practices
- Standardize as much as possible the Offer/Quote (Content/Pricing & Margin) on key models
- Identify, negotiate and manage necessary certifications with OEMs (Komatsu, Cummins,)
**4. Organization and Competencies**
- Design the current and future CRC organization model (structure, sizing, profiles and competencies, location,)
- Support the local entities in the staffing processes and CRC organization design to fit local specifics
**5. Partnership**
- Articulate and manage the strategy and roadmap, in cooperation with OEM Komatsu partners and Cummins
- Support AM Business development in negotiation of commercial conditions and support of OEM in building up attractive CRC offers
- Work hand in hand with Komatsu to leverage their OVH financing schemes
- Benchmark similar CRC offer within Komatsu
**6. Governance**
- Develop CRC financial and operational KPI´s and monitor performance
- Set up and lead the management forums that will drive and be accountable for CRC overall performance and development
**Who are we looking for?**:
- Civil or industrial engineer (ideally with MBA)
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in mining environment (5 years +) and CRC experience in mining (2years+)
- Fluent in French and English
- Strategic and visionary leader
- Strong Business acumen
- Leadership & communication skills
