**Jouw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden**
De Master Data Administrator is verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige, consistente en tijdige invoer van leveranciers-, klant-, materiaal
- en gerelateerde gegevens in D365 en in de verschillende gerelateerde bedrijfssystemen. Om de kwaliteit van de gegevens te beschermen heb je een sleutelrol en zorg je ervoor dat de procedures worden gevolgd.
Je werkt hiervoor vanuit Izegem of Aalter.
**Vanuit deze centrale functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor**:
- Verwerken van de aanvragen voor leveranciers, klanten, materialen en bijbehorende master data gegevens.
- Uitvoeren van controles op kwaliteit, consistentie en volledigheid.
- Bewaken, proactief opvolgen en onderhouden van de Master Data processen en (wijzigings)verzoeken
- Genereer gegevensextracten en rapporten om de volledigheid en consistentie van de data te controleren.
- Initiëren en aansturen van regelmatige master data opschoningsprocessen in overleg met de verschillende collega's
- Opstellen en onderhouden van de werkinstructies en ondersteuning van de gebruikers.
- Voor dit alles heb je heel wat interne contacten met aankoop, verkoop, finance, IT, planning, R&D, productie...
**Over jou**
Wij zoeken iemand met mínimaal 2 jaar in een soortgelijke rol en met goede kennis van een Make-to-Order productieomgeving. Je hebt ervaring met het onderhouden en analyseren van master data. Bovendien heb je aangetoond dat je potentieel hebt om samen te werken met experts uit verschillende disciplines.
Daarnaast pas jij perfect in deze rol omdat jij:
- Je bent een goed presterende professional met ervaring in het gebruik van ERP-systemen (AS400 );
- Je beschikt over MS-Excel vaardigheden;
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische en rapportagevaardigheden;
- Je bent accuraat en exact en gewoon om dingen ‘de eerste keer goed’ te doen;
- Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en zelfstandig werken;
