In this key role, you'll be a central figure in our M365 cloud initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration, document management, and online productivity for all NMBS departments.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** Requirements Analyst**: Identify and translate M365 cloud needs from NMBS departments into clear and actionable specifications.
- ** Solution Architect**: Design and develop M365 cloud solutions that align with business goals and IT standards.
- ** Quality Assurance Specialist**: Verify M365 cloud solutions built by internal or external developers, ensuring they meet established quality criteria.
- ** Change Management Specialist**: Oversee the successful implementation of M365 cloud solutions, including training, rollout, and ongoing support.
- ** Knowledge Management Specialist**: Document M365 cloud solutions and maintain up-to-date documentation for easy knowledge access.
- ** Team Player**:Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve project goals and foster a collaborative work environment.

**Your profile**
- ** Proven Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Application Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Analyst in a similar environment.
- ** M365 Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of M365 cloud services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage, and Azure.
- ** Technical Understanding**: Strong understanding of M365 product suite architecture and the ability to design robust and secure solutions.
- ** Functional Knowledge**: Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Content Management principles, search optimization, permission models, archiving, retention periods, and workflows.
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**: Proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues, analyze requirements, and translate them into effective solutions.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with diverse stakeholders.
- ** Project Management**: Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience in requirement workshops and demo presentations.
- ** Technical Skills**:Knowledge of testing strategies, software delivery lifecycle, and project management tools like JIRA.
- ** Additional Skills**: Familiarity with ServiceNow or a related incident management tool is a plus.
- ** Language Skills**: Fluency in Dutch or French and English, both spoken and written.
