**Profile**:

- Master Degree in Law with an outstanding academic track record;
- Analytic mind, creative thinker and eye for detail;
- Relevant experience in corporate law, depending on level (junior or mid-level);
- Intrinsic motivation and passion for dedicated work in the realm of investment funds (specific experience with fund structuring is not required);
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Capable of in-depth analyses and autonomous work;
- Down-to-earth mindset, team player, and excellent communication skills;
- Ambitious with a desire to grow in a professional environment, refining skills to provide top-notch solutions for our clients.
