Research & development - Antwerpen | Just now- We are seeking a talented and motivated modeller and scripter to join our team as a Level Designer and Unreal Engine Specialist. This role involves creating immersive and realistic scenes for testing new sensor types and setups for the automotive industry, developing custom Unreal Engine builds, and working with advanced simulation standards and tools. - Design and develop levels using Unreal Engine, ensuring high-quality and super realistic environments.
- Think along with the team to optimise the tooling chain and and standardising our way of working
- Compilation of Unreal 4/5, including custom scripts and tools
Required knowledge and skills
- Level design in Unreal
- Basic Unreal Engine knowledge
- Blender -> scene building (props, buildings,...)
- Cmake + custom compilation of Unreal engine 4/5
- Python scripting
- Experience with Carla
- Opendrive, openscenario standards
- Procedural generation with Houdini/blender/unreal
- Ansys AVX simulator
- Mathworks roadrunner
