- 8+ years professional experience required - a significant portion of which should demonstrate success in one or more of the following areas: facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, and/or hospitality management
As a member of the Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics (FTR) Facilities team overseeing research & development, manufacturing, and warehousing space - this position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of FTR’s Mechatronics research, development, and manufacturing facility located in Hamme, Belgium.

- Understanding of facilities management, building systems and maintenance, vendor management and customer service;
- Availability for traveling throughout the portfolio.
- Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts;
- Experience with any of the following enterprise platforms: Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, Outlook/MS Office
