**Summary**:
Join our dynamic team where you'll lead the charge in implementing and enhancing state-of-the-art sales strategies and S&OP processes. Working alongside cross-functional teams and senior executives, you'll be at the forefront of evolving our S&OP practices to ensure alignment with business standards. Your role will involve striking the perfect balance between sales objectives, resource capabilities, and financial targets. Collaborating with departments including Sales, Logistics, IT, and Finance, your contributions will directly impact the performance of our equipment components.

Scope : BeNeLux - Africa

You report to the Parts Planning & Inventory Manager.

**What will be your responsibilities?**:

- Manage the S&OP process on both Sales Demand and Supply (Preparations, Executive meetings and follow up of decisions)
- Develop and manage all aspects of the S&OP process while contributing to the overall components supply reliability, customer service levels and inventory management
- Responsible for building out and leading S&OP processes such as global demand planning, commercial alignment meetings, loading forecasts, and presenting net effects of forecasts to OEM, finance and executive leadership
- Improve the S&OP process (Integration of Demand and supply, products change management, logistics, leads times, design of flows, improvement of IT tools, implementation of all the necessary routines and processes to achieve the results)
- Work cross-functionally with BIA local entities (Sales, IT finance and SC) and OEM account managers on demand and supply planning
- Manage and adapt as needed the relevant supply chain related reports for distribution to key stakeholders
- Development of new tools that will assist in measurement, reporting and visibility to issues
- Achieve a high level of reliability of S&OP
- Develop and strengthen across the Supply chain department centrally and locally

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar function
- Fluent in English and French
- Very strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel) / Power query /ERP (SAP)
- Experience in Python is considered advantageous
- Proficiency in advanced planning systems
- Understanding of analyzing sales forecasts, replenishment process, inventory levels, and other relevant data to make informed decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, with senior management, peers and colleagues cross functionally and on group level
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration towards common goals
- Capacity to identify issues in the S&OP process and develop creative solutions to address them
- Flexibility to adapt plans and strategies based on changing market conditions, customer demands, or internal constraints
- Collaborating within a team while also being capable of working independently
