**Optimization Manager - Last Mile**
Ben jij een procesdenker die graag impact maakt? Als Last Mile Optimization Manager optimaliseer je de last-mile leveringen en breng je prestaties in kaart. Je stroomlijnt processen, creëert sterke rapportages en werkt aan strategische verbeterprojecten.
**Your responsibilities**:
Wat ga je doen?
- Procesoptimalisatie: Je zorgt voor de standaardisatie en verbetering van last-mile leveringsprocessen door het ontwikkelen van processtromen, het schrijven van SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) en het trainen van teams.
- Strategisch Projectbeheer: Je leidt transformatieprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe processen efficiënt geïmplementeerd worden in de dagelijkse operaties.
- Rapportages en Data-analyse: Je maakt en beheert rapportages over operationele en financiële prestaties, met behulp van tools zoals Power BI. Je deelt inzichten en ondersteunt het besluitvormingsproces met data.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners om verbeteringen door te voeren en de communicatie tussen alle betrokkenen te waarborgen.
**Qualifications**:
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een Masterdiploma en een vergelijkbare ervaring en hebt al ervaring met projectbeheer en procesverbetering.
- Je bent bedreven in data-analyse en rapportage, met uitgebreide kennis van tools zoals Power BI.
- Je bent zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht, met sterke communicatie
- en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
- Je kan je verhelpen in het Nederlands, Frans & Engels en weet je goed aan te passen aan diverse stakeholders.
